📋 Description Lead an outpatient physical therapy clinic within Upstream Rehabilitation. Develop clinicians, elevate patient outcomes, and foster a high-performing clinic culture. Oversee clinic operations, patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling. Mentor and lead a team of physical therapists and clinical staff. Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners. Path to multi-site leadership or clinic ownership available. 🎯 Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent). Active State Physical Therapist license (or eligible). Current or eligible for Washington PT licensure. Strong leadership, mentoring, and clinical development skills. Experience leading a clinical team and managing clinic operations.
