Plant Accountant and Controller

📋 Description Handle complete general ledger accounting for a plant Prepare monthly and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with local regulations and IFRS group standards Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities; prepare VAT declarations Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow forecasts Act as ERP Key User; participate in system implementation and continuous improvement 🎯 Requirements 5+ years as a fully qualified accountant in a production environment Knowledge of cost/asset accounting, product costing, operations controlling Experienced ERP user, ideally IFS Fluent in Norwegian and English; university degree in Accounting/Controlling or Finance Strong communication skills and ability to present financial info to senior leadership Interest in understanding recycling processes is a plus 🎁 Benefits Hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days/week on-site in Norway International, diverse team with growth opportunities Flexible working hours and supportive company culture Staying healthy via company-supported activities (bike, sports clubs) Travel up to 3-4 times per year
