📋 Description Own design for one product area in a fully remote team. Craft rational, elegant interfaces and ensure implementation ease. Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, and others in an async, international setting. Contribute to design system and raise the design bar across the product. Document work in Notion/Figma to provide clear context without meetings. Use AI tools for research, prototyping, and iteration. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of product design experience. Experience at a startup or fast-moving product company. Portfolio showing functional, simple, delightful interfaces. Proven experience building and improving design systems. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. Experience using AI tools in design workflows (prototype with tools like v0, Claude, Cursor, or 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary: $200,000 - $265,000 USD.
