📋 Description Analyze access, service, and trade performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and Develop analytical reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting findings, risks, and Monitor operational trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and Investigate data discrepancies, performance variations, purchasing behavior changes, and Partner with trade operations leadership to create recurring and ad hoc reporting on inventory Prepare quarterly business reviews and operational updates for internal stakeholders and 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related 6–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, trade operations, specialty pharmacy Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution channels, including wholesalers, specialty Experience analyzing operational data, creating reports, and developing business insights.
