Supply Chain Planner, PCB (Starlink)

📋 Description Own demand and supply plan for PCB/PCBA and related hardware from prototype through ramp. Maintain BOM accuracy in MRP systems for PCB/PCBA and subassemblies to support rate production. Aggregate demand signals to enable a reliable production plan and align with inventory targets. Manage supplier and material risk, including long-lead materials and capacity constraints. Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and sourcing to optimize change cut-in and Provide regular updates to leadership on critical PCB/PCBA supply issues and recovery plans. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in a related role, or 3+ years in lieu of a degree. Technical knowledge of PCB/PCBA or board-level components; experience planning electronics hardware. Experience with ERP/MRP systems, purchasing/planning functions, and cross-functional NPI/ramp SQL, Power BI, Excel (pivot tables/macros) and data analysis skills. Familiarity with datasheets, drawings, and blueprints; APICS or Lean Six Sigma certifications are a Willingness to travel up to 10% and be onsite in Bastrop, TX. 🎁 Benefits On-site role in Bastrop, TX with opportunities to influence supplier performance.
