📋 Description Lead Agile Release Train (ART) operations, PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Coordinate PI Planning activities to align objectives, priorities, and delivery commitments. Manage and improve Program Kanban, apply flow metrics, and enforce WIP limits. Monitor ART predictability, delivery outcomes, risks, dependencies; provide transparent reporting. Support budget and delivery reporting with data-driven insights and performance tracking. Facilitate risk management using ROAM and actively manage risks to resolution. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in Agile delivery; 2+ years in program-level facilitation or coaching (e.g., RTE, Senior Experience mentoring Scrum Masters or Agile team coaches; SAFe PI Planning facilitation. Strong understanding of ART/Program Kanban, dependency/risk management, and Agile metrics. Proficient with Agile ALM tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) and virtual collaboration platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder influence at all levels; results-driven with continuous Healthcare IT environment experience; SAFe RTE/SPC certification preferred; DevOps/CALMR knowledge 🎁 Benefits Competitive annual salary range of $155,000 - $165,000.
