📋 Description Lead and optimize the FCM Operations model for US Futures, Options, and Prediction Markets Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and external partners to translate Drive launch readiness, process redesign, automation, and control architectures in a regulated 🎯 Requirements Deep knowledge of listed derivatives, futures operations, and broker-dealer/FCM workflows. Significant experience in operations, product/ business operations, or program leadership in Hands-on technical familiarity with trade processing systems, books and records, and related Proven ability to lead large-scale transformations in the derivatives ecosystem and operate Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, and systems-thinking skills. Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to build scalable operating solutions 🎁 Benefits Pay transparency with base salary range: $201,365 – $236,900 USD; total compensation may include Remote-friendly environment with quarterly in-person surges.
