📋 Description Develop, maintain analytics frameworks that track retention, market share, revenue growth, and Analyze customer behavior, trends, and performance to identify insights and improvements. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI measurements for strategic decisions. Provide analytics on forecasting, quote-to-order conversion, and business performance optimization. Collaborate with data, technology, and analytics teams to deliver reporting solutions using Tableau Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in data analytics, BI, or related analytical role. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or related field. Experience with large datasets and translating findings to actions. Strong understanding of commercial analytics, customer insights, and performance measurement. Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, or advanced analytics workflows.
