Senior Solution Specialist, Finance Systems

📋 Description Provide support to Finance users on system-related issues, including maintenance, setup & Provide third-level (L3) resolution, documentation, and procedures creation. Support month-end and year-end activities in a functional capacity. Act as SME for Finance and Procurement modules. Manage incidents and change requests, prioritising issues by severity. Perform root cause analysis for high-severity incidents and problems. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in a senior role with Oracle ERP Cloud applications and integration with third-party apps. Proficiency in setup & configuration, hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP experience. Strong knowledge of Oracle technologies (OTBI, BI Publisher) and tools (ADFDI, SmartView, BPM Experience with Oracle Fusion integration and FBDI templates for Customers/Suppliers/Banks/AR Understanding of Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, FAH, Lease Experience in testing, defect analysis, and production issue resolution. 🎁 Benefits Term Life Insurance and Medical Insurance.
