📋 Description Own strategic projects from diagnosis through execution with analytical insights to improve Analyze business data to identify growth opportunities and operational challenges. Develop clear recommendations and prioritize initiatives by data-driven impact. Create and execute project plans with objectives, timelines, and success metrics. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other teams to drive initiatives. Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor KPIs and trends. 🎯 Requirements 3–5+ years in fast-paced, analytically rigorous environments (e.g., consulting, investment banking Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret complex datasets and provide clear business Advanced Excel; experience with data analysis tools; SQL is a plus. Ability to translate data into actionable points of view and move beyond reporting. Strong project management with multiple priorities and ambiguity handling. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration without direct authority. 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary range of $130,000 – $140,000. Equity compensation eligibility.
