Architect and guide the implementation of complex observability solutions across various Build strategic relationships with engineers, SREs, and architects to embed Grafana tech into Collaborate with Engagement Managers on discovery, design, onboarding, and enablement to drive Represent the technical voice of customers internally to shape product feedback and roadmaps. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes. 5+ years in technical support, TAM/consulting, SE, or Professional Services in tech. Strong understanding of observability solutions; Grafana/Prometheus/Loki a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
