Work closely with leadership to solve complex operational challenges and create processes that 🎯 Requirements Proven experience managing supply chain operations at scale in a DTC, eCommerce, consumer goods, or Strong background in international logistics, procurement, inventory management, and supplier Deep experience with global manufacturing partners, including China-based suppliers. Hands-on experience with 3PL operations, ERP systems, forecasting tools, and operational reporting Demonstrated ability to build processes, systems, and teams that support business growth.
