📋 Description The Nursing Services Manager is responsible for the Wellness Coordination program as well as Develop and monitor medical policies and procedures to meet licensing requirements. Ensure individuals receive quality, individualized health care management for optimal health. Develop, manage, and grow Wellness Coordination services. Supervise nursing staff and provide leadership aligned with the organization’s mission and policies. Provide consultation to area directors and program directors on appropriate nursing services for 🎯 Requirements Must be a Registered Nurse with an active Indiana license. Strong communication skills for documenting care and collaborating with teams. At least 1 year of supervisory experience. Valid driver’s license.
