Clinical Support Expert (RPD, Dentures, Sleep Apnea)

📋 Description Support doctors and coach team members to ensure operational excellence. Resolve complex clinical inquiries and manage time-sensitive escalations. Coordinate booked calls and advise on complex, practice-level issues. Serve as escalation point for inbound clinical tickets via phone, chat, video, and email. Translate clinician feedback to actionable live orders with labs. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in a high-volume lab setting; digital dental lab experience a plus. 3+ years in 3Shape CAD/CAM digital design for dentures, partials, sleep apnea devices. Strong knowledge of Removables dental systems, implants and crown/bridge components. Customer-facing experience within a lab or dental organization.
