📋 Description Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products. Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, development, launch, and optimization. Collaborate with scientists, researchers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and validate Translate requirements into specs with engineering, AI, data science, and UX partners. Drive scalable, secure AI solutions via iterative development and user feedback. Monitor adoption, model quality, reliability, and business impact to optimize. 🎯 Requirements Master's degree with 6+ years, or Bachelor's with 8+ years, or equivalent. Extensive experience leading digital AI products and defining roadmaps. Strong knowledge of AI technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software practices. Proven AI/ML or digital product delivery from concept to enterprise adoption. Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and ML productization. Experience with enterprise AI platforms and cloud tech like AWS, Azure, Databricks, OpenAI, MLflow. 🎁 Benefits Salary range: $162,048.25 - $219,241.75 per year.
