📋 Description Directs maintenance across multiple sites, overseeing preventive, corrective, deferred and Oversees painting, cleaning, repairs, and turnover prep for market-ready apartments within 3–5 days. Maintains maintenance logs, inventories, and safety compliance across sites. Manages maintenance staff, prioritizes schedules, and controls expenses. Responds to resident service requests and handles on-call emergencies as needed. Ensures exterior and common area upkeep, pool/spa, and life/safety checks. 🎯 Requirements 2 years of property maintenance experience required. Prior supervisory experience required.
