Weekend Admissions Physical Therapist, PT, Senior Living Visits

📋 Description Per diem home health visits for senior living communities in designated area. Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Assess and treat adults/geriatric clients in Independent/Assisted Living. 🎯 Requirements A current OH Physical Therapist - PT license. Minimum of one year of recent PT experience. Graduate from an APTA-approved program or CMAA accreditation program. Ability to work independently and manage time; strong interpersonal skills. Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
