Fertigation Technician

📋 Description Accurate mixing and delivery of nutrients to all plants. Monitors and updates the plant production schedule for proper recipe delivery. Coordinates to maintain fertigation system equipment and operation. Regular testing of water quality, media, and plant tissue; document results. Ensure plants are healthy; report issues during daily walks. Manage inventory; order materials and equipment as needed. 🎯 Requirements Minimum age 21+ with background check. High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years in cultivation/production management; cannabis experience not required but ag knowledge Experience with fertigation a plus; ability to work rotating shifts including evenings/weekends. Analytical, resourceful leader able to communicate effectively, both oral and written.
