📋 Description Senior ML Engineer / Data Scientist to design AI/ML systems for biology data pipelines Build RAG, graph-based RAG, LLM-powered pipelines and multi-agent systems Integrate knowledge graphs, omics data, and biological context for discovery Develop conversational AI interfaces for scientists to query data Collaborate with experimental scientists to ensure interpretability Stay current on LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and conversational AI advances 🎯 Requirements Ph.D. in CS/ML/Math/Biology or related; 1–3 yrs experience (preferred) Proven track record with LLM-based apps, RAG, graph-based RAG, or chatbot dev Proficiency in Python and LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch or similar Experience with multi-omics or high-dim biological data a plus Familiarity with probabilistic modeling or causal inference a plus Strong knowledge graph/graph DB and vector DB experience 🎁 Benefits Healthcare coverage Annual incentive program Retirement benefits Collaborative, cross-disciplinary team
