📋 Description Act as Person Responsible for Advertising under Art. 25 AWV (Switzerland). Review and approve medical and promotional materials for Swiss compliance. Maintain archive and serve as primary contact for Swissmedic. Apply medical/scientific expertise to clinical data and evidence. Monitor scientific developments and treatment trends. Provide medical guidance to internal stakeholders and trainings. 🎯 Requirements University degree in Pharmacy. Experience in Medical Affairs/Regulatory and Swiss pharma. Proven review/approval of promotional and scientific materials. Strong knowledge of Swiss therapeutic products legislation (HMG, AWV, VAEA, Swissmedic).
