📋 Description Lead and mentor field staff delivering high-quality client care. Serve as internal case manager and client advocate; coordinate care and care plans. Oversee service quality, including clinical documentation and KPIs. Match clinicians to clients, ensuring individualized, up-to-date care plans. Provide clinical oversight: hiring, competency, performance reviews, and staff education. Collaborate with office leadership to launch programs and training. 🎯 Requirements Active HI RN license in good standing (BSN or MS preferred; required where state regulations apply).
