📋 Description Lead affiliate growth via partnerships and performance-driven collaborations. Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard new affiliate partners and networks. Manage the full partner lifecycle from outreach to long-term collaboration. Collaborate with product, technology, sales, and account teams to launch campaigns. Analyze market trends, offers, traffic sources, and campaign performance. Monitor KPIs (conversion rates, LTV, CPA, ROI, payouts) and troubleshoot tracking issues. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development in digital Experience with mainstream dating products/advertisers or similar verticals. Established network of affiliate partners and traffic sources. Track record of launching and scaling partnerships or clients. Ability to build pipelines and manage cross-border partnerships.
