Operations Manager - Galleria Dallas

📋 Description Lead store operations, inventory management, labor planning and scheduling. Ensure the store is customer-ready and operates efficiently on the floor and back of house. Oversee key operational processes and escalate gaps with the Manager. Represent Operations in meetings and align with store leadership on goals. Support budget, performance data, and planning workflows to optimize store outcomes. 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams. Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds; stand and move through shift. Agile, able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
