📋 Description Lead a high-performing outpatient orthopedic PT clinic in Goldsboro, NC. Direct clinic operations, patient experience, scheduling, and clinical performance. Mentor, lead, and develop a team of Physical Therapists and staff. Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and drive growth. Develop strong relationships with local referral sources and community partners. Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans. 🎯 Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent). Physical Therapist license (or eligible) in North Carolina. Experience in leadership, mentorship, and clinic operations preferred. Active clinical practice in outpatient orthopedics; strong patient-centered approach. Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-building skills.
