📋 Description Role supports monthly close, balance sheet integrity, and SOX compliance in a global business. Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, A/P, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate Drive process improvements, automation, and scalable accounting practices. Lead/mentor staff and offshore teams; contribute to policies and procedures. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in a dynamic environment. Strong US GAAP knowledge; experience with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and Advanced Excel; ERP experience (Workday preferred). Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate cross-functionally. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus.
