📋 Description We are hiring a Business Consultant for the RBCG Team. Contribute to consultancy on NEC RBCG products/services, data migration, and interfaces. Share knowledge and extend team capabilities through training and mentoring. Deliver consultancy and training on site or via webinar/screen share. Present/demonstrate solutions to delegates as required. Support product development and create user guides. 🎯 Requirements Expertise in Revenues (Council Tax/Non-Domestic Rates) and/or Benefits (CTR/CTS, Housing Benefits). Excellent written and verbal communication. Problem-solving ability in demanding situations. Ability to work independently or in a team across multiple projects. UK Driving licence; willingness to travel as required.
