📋 Description Own the support and escalation path for the trading platform with a named owner on every issue. Provide daily support coverage from 7:30am Eastern through market close. Investigate production issues to root cause across the technology stack. Work with clients, PMMs, exchanges, and brokers to troubleshoot questions. Own platform configuration: onboarding, FIX sessions, environments, reference data. Make configuration changes safe, repeatable and documented. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on experience in financial trading systems with OMS and the FIX Protocol. 3+ years in production or software engineering, including automation. Strong Python; ability to read and debug C++. Deep experience with Linux-based apps: logs, tracing, debugging, perf analysis. SQL, ideally PostgreSQL.
