📋 Description Oversee personal injury litigation and pre-litigation with counsel. Independently conduct factual investigations and lead document collection for pre-litigation and Review and analyze records and memos to advise on case management. Provide legal support to in-house attorneys and business partners to ensure policy compliance. Define procedures within Legal to promote efficient workflows. Proactively improve processes to scale Lyft's legal operations. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of litigation case management experience. A JD or Paralegal certificate is required. Preference for in-house legal or insurance claims experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Collaborative, cross-functional relationship builder.
