Build, scale, or optimize driver supply in Ride-Hailing, Mobility, Last-Mile Delivery, Logistics Drive supply as the core business driver and shape marketplace health. Collaborate with regional leadership to implement growth strategies. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in Growth, Marketplace, Operations, ride hailing, last delivery, Supply roles. Experience managing driver/courier supply in ride-hailing, delivery, logistics, or similar Proven experience optimizing: Driver acquisition, Driver activation, Driver retention, Incentives Strong leadership experience. Advanced Excel and analytical mindset.
