📋 Description Prepare detailed estimates for commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects. Review drawings, specs, bid packages to determine scope requirements. Perform quantity takeoffs for HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, controls, insulation. Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing. Create estimates for negotiated, hard bid, design-build, design-assist. Analyze risks, scope gaps, scheduling, and constructability during preconstruction. 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience estimating mechanical construction projects. Experience pricing commercial/industrial HVAC and mechanical systems. Background for design-build and plan-and-spec projects. Proven takeoff skills and ability to develop budgets. Knowledge of HVAC, hydronic, boiler, chiller, VRF, and controls systems.
