Apartment Service Technician

📋 Description The Service Technician performs hands-on maintenance to maintain and enhance community value Handles resident service requests and makes vacant apartment homes market-ready. Maintains a clean and safe community per curb appeal standards. Completes make-ready process for leasing/new move-ins and coordinates with vendors as needed. Manages materials, tools, and inventory; follows safety and code requirements. Rotating after-hours emergency on-call per guidelines. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 2 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and make-ready turns. Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills.
