📋 Description Lead project teams on architectural projects, ensuring quality, budget and schedule. Develop client relationships and manage communications throughout the project. Support business development and coordinate with Marketing and Office Leadership. Oversee risk, QA/QC and adherence to contractual obligations. Mentor staff and foster a collaborative, high-performing team. Utilize standard processes, tools and templates to drive profitability. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field. Minimum 12 years’ experience, with $70M+ construction budgets. Health project experience preferred; LEED a plus.
