📋 Description Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of a compounding pharmacy facility. Manage compliance across active production and construction sites with OSHA and safety protocols. Autonomous work style, prioritizing competing demands and coordinating with contractors and Hands-on troubleshooting to keep safety and compliance front and center. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years managing facilities or engineering in regulated environments (pharma/medical Experience with cleanroom certification (ISO 797/ETC) and vendor/commissioning processes. Strong BMS/EMS knowledge and continuous monitoring; alarm/configuration for GxP records. SOP authorship, deviation/CAPA handling, and change-control experience. Ability to manage certifications, documentation, and audits with regulators. Certifications such as CNBT/CETA, EPA 608, OSHA 30H, NFPA 70E are a plus. 🎁 Benefits Base pay range: $100,000 - $106,000 per year. Medical, dental, and vision plans; flexible time off policy.
