📋 Description Execute high volume, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new staff in our homecare agency Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies Follow-up on leads from Health Plans and internal staff Leverage Home Health Registry to locate eligible HHAs Maintain a presence at healthcare job fairs and create open house events Maintain up-to-date notes in ATS and coordinate follow-up interviews 🎯 Requirements Minimum 2 years experience recruiting home health aides in a similar environment Fluent in Spanish (Bilingual Spanish/English) High energy, well spoken, strong written and verbal communication Experience with behavioral-based interviewing Experience with Applicant Tracking System Attention to detail and organizational skills 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation Medical benefits Retirement plans Wellness programs Fun company events Ongoing learning opportunities
