Client Engagement Specialist, Trading Expert

📋 Description Provide remote, text and live support for trading products (pro web/app, consumer app/web, Kraken Diagnose and resolve trading, futures, margins, and crypto DW issues. Test and give feedback on new trading features before release. Assist in managing Consumer/Trading/Futures/Kraken Desktop support team and training materials. Explain fees, margins, P/L, and other trading metrics to clients. Monitor trading activity for potential fraud or abuse. 🎯 Requirements Customer service experience delivering 5-star experiences. Experience with trading platforms and crypto assets; familiarity with leveraged trading Strong math skills and fast learning ability.
