📋 Description Lead triage and escalation design for clinical workflows Collaborate with product and engineering to implement decision logic as workflows Develop and maintain QA programs for triage and escalation performance Document triage trees, escalation pathways, and protocol changes Provide day-to-day operational support to clinical staff 🎯 Requirements Active, unrestricted RN license (multistate/compact a plus) Experience building or revising triage protocols and clinical decision logic Cross-functional collaboration with product/engineering Strong documentation skills; versioned, easy to review QA experience: chart review, protocol-adherence audits, or incident review Experience in telehealth, remote patient monitoring, or chronic disease management 🎁 Benefits Remote work within the United States Comprehensive benefits package Performance-based bonus programs and stock awards where applicable
