Own the Internal AI Platform, a portfolio of AI products and intelligent agents powering Define and drive the internal AI roadmap with cross-functional leadership. Shape long-term vision for AI-powered workflows and employee productivity. Build an AI-first engineering culture leveraging LLMs throughout the software lifecycle. Partner with leaders across Engineering, Product, GTM, CX, and Corporate functions to deliver AI 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of software engineering with experience leading and growing engineering teams. Proven experience managing senior engineers or engineering managers and scaling organizations. Passion for generative AI, applying LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI practices to create business Ability to distinguish valuable technologies from hype in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. Experience building AI platforms, internal developer platforms, or enterprise AI products.
