📋 Description Own the hardware systems program from concept to production ramp across boards, chassis, racks, and Coordinate ODMs, contract manufacturers, and component vendors; align silicon, firmware Establish program cadence, reviews, and NPI processes for a small, autonomous hardware team. Oversee bring-up and validation for new platforms, including lab logistics Define interfaces for silicon, datacenter, infrastructure software, and supply chain to enable Lead partner and technology evaluations and make build/buy/co-design recommendations with the 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in hardware systems / NPI program management for compute, networking, storage, or Direct ownership of at least one platform from concept through volume production (EVT/DVT/PVT) and Strong technical fluency across power delivery, thermal, mechanical, high-speed interconnect, board Experience managing ODMs/CMs and component vendors, including SOW negotiation, build tracking Proven ability to stand up program mechanisms in new/early hardware efforts and communicate with BS/MS in EE/CE/ME or related field, or equivalent experience. 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation with a transparent salary range and benefits.
