📋 Description Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, and stakeholder engagement to Create personas, user journeys, workflow maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI standards across multiple applications. Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to deliver accessible, user-centered Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG) and established design best practices. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, 7 years with a Master's degree, or Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools. Experience presenting UX research findings and design decisions to technical and non-technical Ability to work onsite full-time in McLean, VA.
