📋 Description Provide one-on-one coaching and training to individuals with IDD in integrated community work Assist with exploring career interests, securing employment, and developing skills for long-term Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of work with people with disabilities. Advocate for inclusion on the job and reasonable accommodations.
