📋 Description Be the first HR contact for employee relations in US/LATAM regions Coordinate HRBP-led programs and projects with data and insights Support performance cycles, engagement, and retention initiatives Manage onboarding/offboarding coordination and documentation Provide data, dashboards, and reporting to improve decisions Collaborate with HR Ops to ensure HRIS accuracy 🎯 Requirements 3 years HR coordination or people programs experience Strong communication and stakeholder management Detail oriented with ability to handle confidential information Independent and able to manage multiple priorities Interest in developing HRBP skills in an engineering business Experience with remote teams across regions preferred
