Senior Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning Manager

📋 Description Lead the evolution of a world-class SI&OP function in a global manufacturing environment. Own and improve the SI&OP process to optimize inventory, service, profitability, and efficiency. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management, and Finance to align plans. Present planning outcomes, assumptions, risks, and action plans to senior leaders. Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and technology adoption. Support talent development and organizational alignment across regions/sites. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related; Master’s preferred. 10+ years in supply chain/operations/planning in manufacturing. Proven record leading process improvements and transformations. Strong S&OP, inventory optimization, demand planning and supply chain knowledge. Effective communicator to executive audiences; ability to influence decisions.
