📋 Description Coordinate with lead guide to plan, implement, and manage the classroom using Montessori principles. Manage physical care of children daily. Follow procedures and licensing guidelines for child care and classroom standards. Maintain visual supervision and ensure child safety at all times. Observe and document each child regularly.
