📋 Description Build and optimize IHC, multiplex IF, and ISH assays. Develop and maintain AI-assisted image analysis pipelines. Define endpoints, scoring, and QC for assay performance. Partner with histotechnicians for assay troubleshooting and transfer. Interface with sponsors for study design, data reviews, and reports. Contribute to capability development and service portfolio expansion. 🎯 Requirements Graduate degree (MSc/PhD) in a relevant field. 7+ years of hands-on IHC/IF assay development and image analysis. Experience with Visiopharm, HALO, or similar platforms. Familiarity with spatial biology platforms (10x Visium, etc.). Strong knowledge of chromogenic IHC and multiplex IF.
