Oversee outside counsel, investigations, and government inquiries. Develop and monitor legal/compliance policies, controls, and training. Support cloud, AI infra, and video platform business lines. 🎯 Requirements Juris Doctor; active membership in at least one US state bar. 15+ years of legal experience in litigation, compliance, and strategic counseling. Experience managing complex disputes and regulatory responses. Strong governance, internal controls, and enterprise risk knowledge. Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
