📋 Description Translate complex product specs into support content. Maintain internal agent scripts and user FAQs. Develop AI-assisted content workflows in Zendesk and related tools. Draft internal communications for Ops team. Collaborate with Legal/Studio for branding and accuracy. Coordinate content roadmap with Product and L&D teams. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in technical copywriting, content mgmt, or instructional design. Strong editorial skills for clear, user-friendly docs. Proficient with Google Workspace; experience with AI workflows and Zendesk admin preferred. Cross-functional collaboration with Product/Engineering/Support. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deliver on deadlines.
