📋 Description Lead finance for Corporate Development initiatives and strategic investments. Collaborate with deal teams to assess strategic fit and value. Develop and own financial models for M&A and BD deals. Coordinate with business and finance leaders to translate models into operations. Develop board-level materials for deals and investments. Track ROI on external partnerships and investments. 🎯 Requirements 15+ years in medical device focused Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Buy 10+ years leading deal teams for M&A models and diligence. Strong communication and analytical skills. Medical device industry experience and valuation expertise. Ability to present and defend analyses diplomatically. Onsite in Sunnyvale, CA 3 days/week; periodic travel required.
