📋 Description Oversee global cloud infra systems powering ServiceNow product. Lead cross-functional efforts across compute, private/public cloud infra. Drive planning, roadmap, and KPIs with product/program teams. Hire and mentor engineers; promote autonomy and best practices. Ensure high availability, scale, and performance of core services. Collaborate across teams for architecture alignment and timelines. 🎯 Requirements Experience integrating AI into work processes or workflows. 8+ years leading systems/software dev, release management, DevOps. People management experience in a technical operations team. Deep technical fluency in public cloud, infra automation, DevOps. Proficient with hardware, OS, virtualization, Azure, web apps, databases. Public cloud prod experience (Azure/AWS/GCP). 🎁 Benefits Health plans and RRSP with company match.
