📋 Description Lead the Insurance Verification pod within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) org Hands-on role: design, review, and ship features while leading a small PK team Own technical direction and delivery for Insurance Verification Collaborate with Product, other RCM pods, and AI teams Balance delivery needs with long-term maintainability Drive sprint execution and ensure timelines and throughput SLAs 🎯 Requirements 6+ years of software engineering experience 2+ years directly managing or leading engineers Strong backend experience with Python, Java, or Go Familiarity with cloud infra (GCP or AWS), Docker, Kubernetes Experience with RESTful APIs and CI/CD practices End-to-end product ownership: scoping, design, implementation, production operation
