📋 Description Lead Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) initiatives within the PEAK team. Transform how customers, partners, and employees discover knowledge across Everpure. Collaborate with Knowledge Architects, writers, engineers, and leadership on content quality and 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in project/program management, knowledge management, content operations, or related field. 10+ years leading complex cross-functional programs. Proficiency with knowledge management platforms, published content workflows, and analytics. Experience with WYSIWYG, HTML, DITA, XML; AI-driven search and content discovery. Strong ability to architect and govern enterprise knowledge programs and self-service content. Proven change leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams. 🎁 Benefits In-office role with offices in Lehi, Santa Clara, and Raleigh.
